About True Country

True Country is a live performing group based in Broken Hill, NSW, Australia and was founded by Pete and me, Bazz in April 2019, after Blu Ridge disbanded. Both Pete and I have been performing live music since our teenage years and started performing live together in 1991. Seeing the fun and joy we bring our audiences is the elixir that keeps us going.

True Country, with our vast repertoire covering past and present favourites of popular country and rock music, brings a fresh dimension to live entertainment with vibrant vocals and melodic music that engages our audience to participation.
